Membership
How does the thirty-day free trial work?
You enter your card details so the membership starts immediately, but no charge is made for the first thirty days. Cancel any time before day thirty from your account page and you pay absolutely nothing. We send a reminder email three days before the trial ends.
What does a membership include?
All eighty tested recipes, the weekly Sunday Supper plan, printable shopping lists with prep timelines, member-only kitchen tool reviews, and a five percent standing discount in our store. New recipes are added monthly at no extra cost.
Monthly or annual -- which should I pick?
Monthly is $6.99 per month and is the easiest way to test the library. Annual is $79.99 per year, saves about thirty-five percent compared to monthly, and includes our printable Holiday Hosting Guide. Both plans get the same recipes and the same trial.
Can I cancel after the trial?
Yes, any time. Cancel from the account page in two clicks and the membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We never auto-renew without a heads-up email seven days before charge.
Recipes
Are any recipes free to read without a membership?
Yes. Forty of the eighty recipes are open to everyone, distributed evenly across all ten cuisines. The remaining forty unlock with a membership and are marked with a small lock icon on cards and category pages.
Are recipes tested before they go live?
Every recipe is cooked at least four times in our Tallahassee test kitchen, by at least two different cooks, with grocery-store ingredients and a normal home oven. If a recipe cannot survive a tired Tuesday cook, it does not get published.
Can I print a recipe or its shopping list?
Yes. Every recipe page has a print button that produces a clean, ad-free single-page printout, and members get a separate printable shopping list with quantities scaled to the serving size of your choice.
Store and orders
How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping inside the contiguous United States is a flat $7.00 per order. Orders over $75.00 ship free. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are quoted at checkout.
How long until my order arrives?
Most orders ship within one business day from our Tallahassee warehouse and arrive within three to seven business days. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves the building.
What is your return policy?
Anything in the store can be returned within thirty days for a full refund -- including used cookware, as long as it is clean and in resalable condition. We pay return shipping for any defect or shipping damage. See our refund policy for the details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We hope to add Canada in late 2026; sign in and check the account page for updates when that opens.
Account and billing
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the forgot password page and enter the email on file. You will get a one-time reset link within a minute or two. The link expires after sixty minutes for security.
How do I update my card or billing address?
Sign in and open the account page. Card and billing details are edited in the membership section, and changes take effect on the next renewal. We never store the full card number; only the last four digits and the expiration are kept on file.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If a paid membership turns out not to be for you, write to us within thirty days of your most recent charge and we will refund it in full, no forms or phone calls. The same thirty-day window applies to any item bought from the store.
Is my data sold to anyone?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing. The only places your information goes are the payment processor that runs the charge and the shipping carrier that brings your package. The full list lives in our privacy policy.
