About this product
These are Grade A Bourbon vanilla beans from the Sava region of northeastern Madagascar, the source of more than three quarters of the worlds finest vanilla. Each bean is hand-pollinated, sun-cured for several months, and selected for plump, oily pods with a high seed count and a strong, sweet aroma. Five beans are enough to make a generous batch of homemade vanilla extract or to flavor dozens of custards, cakes, and ice creams. They arrive in a sealed glass tube to preserve moisture and aroma.
Each item ships in a recyclable kraft box with no plastic peanuts. Care instructions and a small thank-you note from the team are tucked inside.
