About this product

European-style cultured butter is made by fermenting cream with live cultures before churning, the way butter was made for centuries before industrial dairy. The result is a richer, tangier butter with a deeper yellow color and a higher 84 percent butterfat content, which makes it ideal for laminated pastries, sauces, and simply spreading on warm bread.
